Pied-à-terre, a stopover in Paris
100m2 pied-à-terre, chic and refined with a decidedly Parisian style, for a Russian fashionista, regularly stopping off in Paris.
In order to glamorize this classic Haussmanian, the moldings were redesigned and modernized, the Hungarian-point parquet flooring was waxed. Pieces of furniture signed India Mahdavi, Christophe Delcourt or Noé Duchaufour Lawrence, or second-hand pieces like the old radiators in chiseled cast iron. Some were custom-made by Céline Coucaud in order to adapt to both the uses and the personality of the owner.
The extendable table in the dining room, for example, was specially designed to accommodate around ten guests.
The ribbon handles of the dressing room, in brushed brass, were specially designed by the decorator as a nod to the world of fashion that the owner loves.
The bathroom/hammam in Carrara marble, the dressing room doors covered in moiré fabric, bring preciousness and femininity to the whole.
